SUBSTANCE: medium contains, g/l: sulfuric magnesium - 0.5; sulfuric sodium - 0.7; sulfuric iron - 0.03; cystine - 0.5; thiamine chloride - 0.005; glucose -10.0; nicotinic acid - 0.008; extract (autolysate) of bakery yeast - 3.5; agar - 20; fermentative autolysate of cattle blood diluted with distilled water to the content of amine nitrogen of 160-180 mg % - the remaining part, used as nutritional basis and growth stimulator of hemophilic organisms.
EFFECT: extension of arsenal of nutritional media for cultivation of tularemia microbe, increase in growing efficiency, reduction of cultivation duration.
