FIELD: construction, pipeline.
SUBSTANCE: suggested group of inventions is related to tubular parts, columns of tubes and method of tubular part manufacture. Method of tubular part manufacture includes the following stages: a) part installation in cartridge of turning machine; b) processing of the first threaded element on one end of part, with application of turning machine; c) rotation of part in turning machine cartridge; d) processing of the second threaded element on the other end of part with application of turning machine, at that cutting tool is used that is moved in relation to turning machine bed under program control from the set position. At that the following operations are carried out between stages b) and c): e) the first orientation sensor is screwed onto the first threaded element, at that sensor has mark on its external periphery for provision of mutual contact of fixing thrusts of threaded element and orientation sensor; f) orienting mark is provided that is aligned by axis with mark on orientation sensor on external periphery of part. During stage c) part is located so that its orienting mark stays in the same angular position in relation to cartridge as in stage f). During stage d) initial position of tool is determined after at least one preliminary test. Then after stages a), b), e), f), c) and d) the following stages are carried out: g) the second orientation sensor with mark on its external periphery is screwed onto the second threaded element for provision of mutual contact of fixing thrusts of threaded element and orientation sensor; h) angular displacement between marks in part and orientation sensor is compared with previously determined set value Q, and new initial position of cutting tool is determined as displaced along axis in relation to initial position by value defined as function of direction and amplitude of any existing deviation. Column made of tubular parts, which are manufactured by the method described above, in which two serially installed parts are assembled. At that parts have corresponding orienting marks on their external periphery, the angular displacement of which does not exceed 10° between two parts. Tubular part is equipped with threaded elements in its two ends that contain external and internal threads, accordingly, and corresponding fixing thrusts. At that tubular part has orienting mark on its external periphery. At that threaded elements are aligned so that when its external thread is inserted into internal thread of identical tubular part by insertion of corresponding fixing thrusts into mutual working contact, angular displacement between orienting marks of two parts does not exceed 10°.
EFFECT: provision of accurate alignment of tubes in column, by means of accurate cutting of thread at the ends of pipes.
