FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to scroll case centrifugal electrically-driven fans with extra high requirements to vibroacoustic features. The scroll case is made up of thick-wall plates and a convex thin-wall sheet abutting on it from inside with its fastened end face sides. In compliance with the invention, the case scroll is made up of arcs of two circumferences with their centres and a mating point being located on the straight line crossing the fan impeller axis.
EFFECT: simpler scroll case design.
