FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: in drier of boiling layer with inertial nozzle, which contains casing that consists of cylindrical and conical parts, in which gas distributing grid and systems of solution and coolant supply are installed, according to invention, baffle is additionally installed for cleaning of inertial nozzle, which is made in the form of perforated grid fixed in the point of transition of casing cylindrical part into conical part, and at least two nozzles are installed on the side surface of casing conical part, to which high temperature coolant is supplied, they are installed tangentially to the casing and create rotating flow of inertial bodies, at that gas distributing grid contains pneumatic acoustic nozzles, which are installed in nozzles, to which high temperature coolant is supplied, and casing cover is also equipped with pneumatic acoustic nozzles, which are installed in nozzles for high temperature coolant, at that nozzles are enclosed into cooling jacket, and for unloading of dried granules there is a calibrated opening provided in the grid, at that there is a catching system installed in the lower part of the casing, which includes acoustic plant, where acoustic agglomeration of minor particles is carried out, cyclone and sleeve filter with bunker, and acoustic nozzles contain resonator made in the form of toroidal cavity or at least one spherical cavity, which is installed in the end wall of casing that faces distributing head, at that spherical cavity is connected by calibrated opening with clearance between vertical opening in the end wall of casing and rod of distributing head, at that in the section that is perpendicular to rod axis, the clearance has annular section, and distributing head is made in the from of casing with cover in the form of truncated cones, which are connected with their large bases, at that in casing there is a header installed in the form of cylindrical cavity, which is connected with annular channel formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and identical diameter openings that are coaxial with it, which are made accordingly in cover and casing of distributing head, with at least three channels for solution discharge that are evenly distributed along circumference and perpendicular to rod axis, at that cut of openings is installed on the conical surface of distributing head cover, the incline angle of which determines root angle of sprayed solution torch.
EFFECT: increase of drying efficiency.
