FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: vortical evaporation-drying chamber with inertial nozzle contains placed in the common housing the evaporative and drying chambers with the gas supply and discharge pipelines, as well as the filtering heat-exchanger, implemented as a nozzle from boiling bed of inertial bodies. The sprinkler is situated above this nozzle. The sprinkler is designed as a header with control throttle of primary solution supply, rotating on bearings. Exhaust ash-laden gases are pre-treated in acoustic plant, and then gas flows to the cyclone with a silo, where the main part of gas-entrained dry material is released. The final cleaning of gases is taken place in sleeve filter with silo. The nozzles are designed in the form of acoustic nozzles. The resonator is designed in the form of at least one spherical cavity, or the resonator may be designed in the form of toroidal cavity. The inertial nozzle is designed in the form of cylindrical ring, on the side, inner and outer surfaces of which there is screw thread, made in the opposite directions, or in the form of a ball, on the surface of which there are non-through holes of hemispherical shape, or in the form of a ring, on the outer surface of which the helical surface is made in the form of a plate screw, or in the form of at least a three-bladed propeller.
EFFECT: increase of the drying performance.
