FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of solutions, melts and suspensions drying and the preparation of granules of various substances and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Vortex evaporative-drying chamber with inert packing contains evaporating and drying chambers located in a common housing, gas supply and discharge pipelines, as well as a filter-heat exchanger, made in the form of a nozzle from the fluidized bed of inert bodies, above which there is a sprinkler with injectors. Each of the nozzles comprises a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to a housing coaxially disposed at the upper part of the housing and having a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to a diffuser that is axisymmetric to the housing and the fitting, and in the lower part of the cylindrical hole a hollow conical swirler is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and at other end – in the annular groove made on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole, on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw through thread is made, and to the body, in its lower part, a sprayer is connected by means of at least three spokes located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk, disk of the atomizer is formed by two surfaces, one of which, facing the diffuser, a curved surface, the line forming this surface is a curve of the n-th order line, and the second is the plane or the disk of the atomizer is formed by two congruent and equidistant n-order surfaces, and the spokes by which the disk of the sprayer is attached to the body are straight or curved.

EFFECT: use of the nozzle of the described construction allows to obtain a uniform flow of fine droplet droplets in the range of droplet diameters from 30 to 150 mcm at a water supply pressure of not more than 1 MPa.
