FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger contains jacket with bundle of heat exchanging tubes that are fixed in the tubular grid, transversal partitions that create opposite flows in intertubular space. The jacket is equipped with nozzles for inlet and outlet of intertubular medium, and header chamber is fixed to its flange with longitudinal partition that separates inlet and outlet cavities, which is connected with one of the jacket ends adjacent to tubular grid, and equipped with nozzles of inlet and outlet of tubular medium. According to invention there is a solid transversal partition installed in front of inlet nozzle in the jacket, and there are additional transversal partitions installed behind the outlet nozzle, which create transversal flows in intertubular space, at that solid partition is equipped with relief channels that have outlet in the last partition in front of tubular grid.
EFFECT: increase of heat exchange intensity by liquidation of stagnant zones.
