SUBSTANCE: bundle of penetrating radiation is generated and fully created inside body of closed vehicle, penetrating radiation is used for across scanning of object along scanning section that changes in time, penetrating radiation is registered, which is scattered by object, scattering signal is generated in body of closed vehicle, signal of relative displacement is generated on the basis of relative movement of closed vehicle and controlled object, and certain characteristic is determined concerning object content partially on the basis of scattering and signal of relative displacement.
