SUBSTANCE: patient initially undergoes cardiorhythmography synchronously with pneumography on empty stomach, then in 20-30 minutes after loading 150 ml of 40% glucose solution in, cardiorhythmography and pneumography are made again, and by appearance on diagram of frequency spectrum of "hump" in region of high frequencies, connected with fast waves, on pneumogramme - of respiratory arrhythmia, bradicardia, on rhythmogramme - increase of fast waves power, formation of slow waves of second order on background of normal or decreased frequency of heart contractions, vagotonic type of dumping-reaction is determined. If on diagram of frequency spectrum waves appear in region of slow frequencies due to slow waves of the second order in case of higher frequency of heart contractions or higher frequency of heart contractions on background of rigid sinus rhythm sympato-adrenal type of dumping-reaction is determined.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of diagnostics of dumping-reaction types in case of dumping syndrome.
