FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in that a textile napkin 10 cm long and wide, impregnated with antibacterial preparation is placed on wound. On all area of napkin, with 1 cm spacing from edge of each side, linear holes 0.5 cm wide and 8 cm long are made. Bandaging is performed when bandage linear holes are contaminated. Clean bandaging material is placed on unprocessed wound section in region of impressed linear holes.
EFFECT: reduction of wound healing terms and increase in activity of exudation discharge.
