FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: mammary gland is removed in single block with axillary, subclavian and subscapular cellular tissue. Wound surface is processed by means of aimed heamostasis using electrocoagulator through surgical clamp. Operation wound is washed with antiseptic solution. The method further involves successive procession of axillary and subcapular regions, space between large and small pectoral muscles and subclavian region by air-plasma flow at distance 1.5-6.0 cm from regional cellular tissue with inclination angle 45-90° from wound plane, scanning step 2.0-3.0 cm and exposure duration on each section 3-5 seconds.
EFFECT: reduction of volume and duration of lymphorea and increase in operation ablasticity.
