FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: scrubber with flexible cap consists of body with nozzles for dust-laden and clean gas, spraying device, lower distributor plate and upper limiting plate. Plates are made of tensile materials with the vibrators mounted on them. There is a packed bed, spray trap and sludge removal unit between the above vibrators. The new feature of the scrubber is the implementation of spraying plant with acoustic injector for liquid spraying containing body having acoustic vibration generator inside. Vibration generator is represented with resonator and nozzles for air and liquid supply. The body consists of the upper cylindrical and lower parts. The upper cylindrical part contains fitting with holes to supply dispersed agent, whereas the lower part is represented with annular cavity resonator with the internal cylindrical cavity.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness and reliability of dust-entraining process by means of increased liquid spaying rate by injectors.
