FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: gas scrubber contains the case consisting of the top and bottom sections, branch pipe feeding dusty gas, branch pipe discharging purified gas, liquid trap with centrifugal swirler and a branch pipe removing liquid from the said liquid trap, irrigating device, plates with the vibrator and stabiliser, atomiser for periodic irrigation and slime collector. Cells of the stabiliser are made square, while the stabiliser height he-to-cell width be lies in an optimum interval of hc/bc=1.5...1.8. Plates are made perforated with the ratio between of thickness of the plate hP and the diameter of orifices dO, lying in an optimum interval of hP/dO=0.5...1.5, or they are made slot-like with ratio between thickness of the plate hP and the width of slots bO lying in an optimum interval of hP/bO=0.8...1.5. The ratio between the height of case H and diameter D lies is in an optimum interval of H/D=4.0...6.5, while the ratio between the diameter of case D to the diameter liquid trap d1 lies in an optimum interval of D/d1=1.2...1.25, and ratio between the diameter of the case D to diameters of inlet and outlet branch pipes D2 lies in an optimum interval of D/D1=2.0...2.5. The irrigating device represents an acoustic atomiser for spraying liquids, and comprising the case with the generator of acoustic vibrations fitted therein and representing a combination of a nozzle and a resonator and a pipe for supply of the sawing agent and liquid. The case represents a glass with the bottom. The generator of acoustic vibrations is arranged inside the case and represents a hollow core with a wedge slot and a nozzle. The liquid is supplied to the circular gap formed between the resonator external surface and the nozzle internal surface, while the liquid supply channel is located tangentially to the glass internal surface and represents a rectangular slot. Air is forced through the union fitted in the case and the resonator orifice to get at least in one wedge slot arranged at the angle to the resonator axis. Note here that angle varies from 30° to 60°. A helical guide device is arranged in the circular gap between the glass internal surface and the resonator external surface to facilitate swirling the liquid fed via the channel.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust separation.
