SUBSTANCE: device includes air separation tube and air dispersers installed on it at a given pace, each of the dispersers positioned at the lower side of air separation tube at 0 to 90° angle to horizon and forms totality of nozzle put on the air separation tube, and at least one orifice hole in the zone limited by the nozzle.
EFFECT: increased force of water-silt mix stirring at its minimal saturation with air oxygen.
