FIELD: treatment of industrial or domestic drainage water by means of diffusers; aerotanks of purification works at biological purification of drainage water. SUBSTANCE: system includes at least one unit having polyethylene air supply pipe, distributing collector and air supply pipes with aerators. System is also provided with elements for removal of water and condensate made in form of water discharge device with tube and fastenings for securing the air dispersing tubes to bottom of aerotank; they are made in form of polyethylene clips secured on bottom by means of concrete. Each aerator has body with threaded branch pipe, diaphragm whose thickness reduces from center to periphery, clamping ring fitted on lower side of body having through holes coaxial relative to nonthrough holes in body.
