FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: stamping hammer incorporates an anvil block with props accommodating a plate with cylinder. The cylinder piston is connected, via piston rod, to the hammer head. One cylinder space communicates with a tank filled with pressurised power carrier. The space communicates, intermittently, via a pressure valve with pressurised liquid source and, via a drain valve, with the draining tank. The said stamping hammer is furnished with three hydraulic control valves with electromagnetic control, two of them are representing on/off valves, and two on/off hydraulic control valves. The hammer design allows a three-stage fast amplification of control signals indicating the direction of the working medium from the source into the cylinder hydraulic space or from the said space into the draining tank.
EFFECT: higher rate of the hammer strikes.
