FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: die hammer contains a bedplate with racks having guides, in which along the vertical hammer axis an anvil block moves. On the racks a plate with a working hydraulic cylinder is installed. The hydraulic cylinder piston is connected by a rod with the anvil block. The rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is permanently connected with a HP liquid source. The piston cavity is periodically connected by two-position distributors and valves with discharge and drainage lines, and via discharge and check main valves - with the rod cavity. The hammer has a vessel with input and output holes, and a check valve with shutdown and discharge parts. The vessel is connected to the piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinder via a check valve at the side of its discharge part, and is connected by the input hole via a drain valve with the piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, and by the output hole with drainage.
EFFECT: exclusion of the instability of kinematic and power parameters of the hydraulic cylinder piston movement.
