FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing packages and packing vessels into cardboard boxes incorporating inter-vessel partitions. The said method comprises the following operations, i.e. the partitions are taken from the feeding accumulator and fitted into the inter-vessel spaces or in the cardboard box. Folded partitions are removed from the said accumulator, unfolded and moved horizontally above the vessel or cardboard box motion plane. The partitions are transferred into the alignment and downing device. The said device rate reaching that of the vessel feed rate, the partitions are inserted into either the inter-vessel spaces or the cardboard box. The device of producing packages and packing vessels into cardboard boxes incorporates a transfer surface, a feeding accumulator, a transfer device and the partition alignment and downing device furnished with one parturition alignment unit arranged on opposed sides of the said transfer surfaces.
EFFECT: faster and continuous transfer cycle with no damages of the packing material.
