FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the device for giving direction at blocking fixed ratchet in a door lock. It contains the case of the lock which is supplied with fixed ratchet, a spring that can be moved in projective position from the lock case. The fixed ratchet has the basic part and, at least, one arrow-headed nozzle narrowed to outside, pivotally kept by the basic part so that the fixed ratchet can be pressed in the lock case in a direction of opening or closing of a door, in the auxiliary ratchet displaced by a spring in projective position from the case of the lock, and a guide member intended for blocking fixed ratchet and being in interaction with auxiliary ratchet. The auxiliary ratchet is designet to prevent a guide member from moving to its position providing blocking of fixed ratchet when the fixed ratchet is in its projective position. The device includes elements which are intended for moving the guide member to position of blocking maintenance of fixed ratchet only, when the auxiliary ratchet and fixed ratchet are initially moved to their taken drawn positions
