FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to operation of oil and gas wells and can be used for increasing and rejuvenation of oil yield reduced as a result of mudding of bottom hole formation zone of well, and also can be used for wells standing out of operation for a long time and for wells after drilling. The invention facilitates increased efficiency of the method due to possibility of cleanup of a well from slime and extension of operation life of a well. The essence of the invention is as follows: according to the method the well is killed and a device filled with a working mixture under excess pressure is lowered into a perforation zone. The perforation zone is treated with the working mixture in it's the most saturated sections while the device is stopped opposite each of the sections. According to the invention the mixture of nitrogen and helium with 80% content of nitrogen, and 20% of helium is used as a working mixture. At that treatment of each section is performed effecting 40-80 MPa mixture pressure onto it within 0.1-0.2 sec.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of method due to possibility to cleanup of perforated zone of well from slime and extension of operation life of well.
