FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-and-power engineering and can be used in designing and manufacturing cogeneration steam turbines. The cogeneration steam turbine incorporates a lower-pressure cylinder accommodating a stator, a low-pressure rotor running in thrust bearings, an additional shaft with flanges arranged inside the low-pressure rotor bore to run relative to it. On one of the low-pressure rotor sides, the additional shaft flange is linked to the adjacent shaft flange. On the other low-pressure rotor side, the another adjacent rotor flange is linked to the additional shaft flange along the inner circumference and, along the outer circumference, to the low-pressure rotor flange. Note that one of the low-pressure rotor bearing incorporates a retainer, e.g. a pin, to lock the rotor at a certain axial position in case its flange gets disengaged from the adjacent rotor flange. The proposed design of the low-pressure rotor allows ease of the turbine servicing in changing over to the cogeneration conditions and, back, to the condenser conditions.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of turbine operation.
