FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power plant engineering and heat power engineering and can be used in designing steam-turbine power plants. Shaft line of a turbine unit comprises rotors of a multicylinder steam turbine and electric generator, said rotors are interconnected by connecting sleeves and installed on bearing supports. Each of said connecting sleeves is integrated with the bearing support common for two abutting rotors, note here that one of said connections is made in the form of a thrust bearing, other connections are made in the form of a support bearing. Thrust bearing consists of the outer respectively cylindrical support and thrust shaft elements and one of end surfaces of the mating half-sleeves of the connecting sleeve of two abutting adjacent rotors, and the support sliding bearing contains the outer cylindrical surfaces of the mating half-sleeves of the connecting sleeve of two abutting adjacent rotors as a bearing shaft element.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced length and metal consumption of the shafting, increased stiffness of rotors, higher efficiency and reliability of connecting sleeve as a support element and thrust sliding bearings.
