FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining general protein concentration in supernatant produced on content taken from tumor-transformed ovary. The supernatant is placed on object plate surface in the amount of 0.2 ml as drop, dried at room temperature and the produced sample are studied with microscope. Tetrahedral structures (type I) with general protein concentration of 0-5 g/l being observed, or fern leaf structures (type II) with general protein concentration of 11-31 g/l being observed, benign process is considered to be the case. Rosette-shaped structures in the central zone and peripheral arcade cracks (type III) being found with general protein concentration of 17-80 g/l being observed, intermediate process is considered to be the case. Large radial cracks (type IV) being found with general protein concentration of 50-155 g/l being observed, malignant process is considered to be the case.
EFFECT: high accuracy in differentiating malignant and benign tumor-like processes in ovaries.
