SUBSTANCE: invention is related to radio engineering, in particular, to devices of absolute speed measurement with application of Doppler effect. Device contains two antennas, two circulators, two directed couplers, four mixers, generator of continuous harmonic oscillations, two amplifiers, generator controlled by voltage, two band filters, control unit, two amplitude detectors, clock pulse generator, slave key, subtracting device, clipper amplifier, differentiating element, pulse shaper, which are connected between each other in a certain manner for achievement of technical result.
EFFECT: increase of absolute speed measurement accuracy.
