FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of seismic survey and to seismic imaging of underground layers. Seismic event is generated. Earth surface is affected with seismic event. Reactions to event are detected, at that detected reaction includes P-waves and S-waves in earth surface. Detected reaction is analysed. Stage of detection contains supervision and record of reaction to seismic event in the form of particles displacement on earth surface from location distant from earth surface. Stage of detection is performed during the period of reaction. At that period of reaction is preset period of seismic event time. Stage of analysis contains analysis of particles displacement on earth surface in recorded reaction to seismic event during period of reaction. Supervision is performed with application of supervision device, which is displaced in relation to earth surface during period of reaction.
EFFECT: increase of seismic survey accuracy.
