FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to analysis and assessment of technological processes safety and may be used, in particular, for analysis and assessment of safety in NPP control. According to invention, method of control of hazardous technological process with non-stationary objects includes measurement of effects on objects of technological process, determination of permissible limit values of the said effects and comparison of measured effects with permissible values for detection of technological process failures. For every detected failure multiple parts of technological process are determined, which are affected by this failure, and technological process is divided into safety intervals, for which combination of the said failures remains invariable. After that, for every safety interval analysis is carried out on transition of technological process failures from one safety interval to an other with consideration of cause-and-effect relations, and also modeling is performed by means of construction of determinist safety models with consideration of possible scenarios of transition of technological process failures to the following safety intervals. On the basis of prepared models for every safety interval failure probability is determined for equipment used for performance of technological process, and appropriate changes are introduced in the process to provide preset indices of safety.
EFFECT: possibility to assess technological processes with continuously changing safety conditions.
