To achieve the technical result, the system comprises: a network for transmitting and collecting information, which includes units for collecting and processing information on FEC facilities, collection and processing of information on reliability of process circuit elements, collection and processing of information on maintenance of process and collection and processing of information on accidents and incidents on other similar facilities; a first database server; a second server with calculating software; and operator workstation.

EFFECT: identifying a priority scenario of an act of unlawful interference by an internal intruder on a security object, which enables to take a set of measures to improve the safety of the system.
