FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermo electrical instrument making, particularly to the design of thermo batteries. Thermal elements branches are arranged inclined in one of the coordinate planes. Branches representing p-type semiconductor are arranged at the angle opposite to the n-type semiconductor branches inclination angle. Inclination angle α between the branches varies in between Switching plates representing a three-face prism are soldered in the gap limited by terminals of p- and n-type branches and feature a good thermal contact via the third free face with high-thermal conductivity ceramic plates.

EFFECT: higher-efficiency heat transfer of switching plates to cooling object and heat-sink system.
