FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric battery consists of alternating branches in-series connected to electric circuit by means of commutation plates and made from p- and n-type semiconductor. Branches are located slantwise in one of coordinate planes. Branches made from p-type semiconductors are located at the angle opposite to the inclination angle of the branches made from n-type semiconductor. Inclination angle between branches α lies with in Commutation plates are made in the form of triangular prism and soldered to the space restricted with ends of p- and n-type branches. Free surface of commutation plates is brought into thermal contact with hollow flexible tubes electrically insulated from the outside and filled with heat carriers, and their free ends are adjacent with cooled and heated objects. Tubes have inner finning.
EFFECT: increasing heat release efficiency of commutation plates of thermoelectric battery to the cooling object and heat removal system.
