FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fish industry and may find application in fish-processing enterprises. Device consists of fixed support frame, conveyer, light sources, measuring unit, control unit, which switches on circuit of information reading/recording into memory and circuit of memorising, cutting mechanism, which switches on cutting tool and accessory for cutting tool control, actuator drive and accessory for weighing of processed object. Measuring unit is equipped with instrument for making video image of processed object general view, control unit additionally includes central processor, circuit of optimal cutting lines determination, inlet of which is connected to the outlet of processed object criteria recognition circuit, inlet of which is connected to the circuit of video image processing, which is connected to instrument for making video image of processed object general view. Central processor is connected with circuit of information reading/recording into memory, water compressor, light sources and conveyer. Accessory for cutting tool control is made in the form of carriage, which is installed in guide lines with the possibility of longitudinal motion, and cutting tool is installed on carriage with the possibility of transverse motion.
EFFECT: increase of meat saving in cutting and improvement of fillet pieces quality.
