FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The device consists of a support frame, a conveyor, an appliance for determination of the weight of the object being treated, a measurement unit, a cutter mechanism and a control unit. The control unit includes a central processor, a circuit for information reading/recording into the memory and a holding circuit. The measurement unit is equipped with an instrument for obtainment of a 3D profile of the object being treated. The cutter mechanism is represented by an L-shaped blade. The conveyor is divided into the loading, the working and the discharging part. The control unit is supplemented with a circuit for calculation of a portion of the object being treated. The servo drive is equipped with a synchronous servo motor and a servo amplifier and is installed so that to enable adjustment of the blade tilt angle relative to the vertical plane. The conveyor working part is equipped with a clamping appliance for fixation of the fillet portion being cut.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance performance of and accuracy of fillet weight portioning.
