FIELD: fishing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fishing industry, namely to the field of automated equipment for cutting fish fillets into slices. The device includes feed and discharge conveyors equipped with drives, a measuring device, a device for measuring the consistency of fish fillets, a rotor with replaceable cutting organs, a computing unit connected to the drives of the conveyors and the rotor, a measuring device, a device for measuring the consistency of fish fillets. The rotor shaft with replaceable cutting bodies is oriented horizontally, located across the discharge conveyor and equipped at the ends with two disks in which the cutting bodies oriented parallel to the shaft are fixed. A stepper motor is used to turn the rotor shaft. To carry out the vertical movement of the rotor shaft when performing the operation of cutting a slice of fillet, the device is equipped with a pneumatic drive. The pneumatic drive includes a vacuum pump connected to two pneumatic cylinders, the rods of which are connected to the rotor shaft. Pneumatic cylinders are equipped with pneumatic valves connected to the computing unit. The vacuum pump is installed on the discharge conveyor and is connected to the computing unit and the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is located under the conveyor belt and is perforated.
EFFECT: use of the invention will increase productivity, improve the quality of fish fillet slices, and also save electricity.
