FIELD: fishing industry.
SUBSTANCE: automated equipment for cutting fish fillets into slices can find application in coastal fish processing enterprises and fishing fleet vessels. The device contains two conveyor lines installed in parallel, including supply and discharge conveyors equipped with drives, a measuring device, and a computing unit. Between the conveyors there is a cutting device with a working element made in the form of a shaped rotor, structurally balanced relative to the axis of rotation, containing two identical sectors of two eccentric disks with cutting edges along the outer contour. The geometric centers of the disks are located at the same distance from the axis of rotation of the rotor. The shaped rotor of the cutting device performs cutting operations simultaneously on two conveyor lines. Each conveyor line is equipped with a holding device located between the infeed and outfeed conveyors to hold the fish fillets during cutting in the vertical and transverse directions and is equipped with a separate conveyor with a separate drive. To irrigate the shaped rotor during the cutting operation, the device is additionally equipped with opposed hydraulic nozzles, a laser source and photodetector, and a water pump with a water container. The laser source, photodetector and water pump are connected to the computing unit.
EFFECT: improving the performance, reliability and durability of the device.
