SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns canned meat and vegetables production technology for space diet. Preserves are obtained by bulb onion and tomatoes cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer; sweet beans and parsley greens freezing and grinding in mincer; beef cutting and grinding in mincer; mixing of the listed components with rendered oil, bone broth, table salt and CO2 extractions of a given micromicet species biomass and black pepper; packaging of obtained mix in aluminum tubes; sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserves with higher assimilability in comparison to cooked dish.
