SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of tinned first lunch courses. Tinned food is prepared as follows. Onions and ginger are diced and blanched. Napa cabbage is chopped and frozen. Shrimp meat is diced. Thereafter all listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with lemon juice, soya sauce, table salt and red hot pepper. Prepared mixture is packed up with fish broth at specified component ratio, tinned and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility.
