FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting, blanching and mincing onion and ginger, chopping, freezing and mincing napa cabbage, mincing shrimps meat. The above components are mixed with fish broth, lemon juice, soya sauce, table salt and CO2-extracts of the specified micromitset biomass and red hot pepper. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: increased digestibility.
