SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for placing of furniture pieces at an angle and can be used in desks which working panel is made with the possibility of changing the angle of installation. The device contains a guide element fixed on the furniture with a longitudinal configuration, a bearing element situated in the guide element with the possibility of telescopic movement with a longitudinal configuration and outstanding from the guide element, a retaining and actuating devices. The bearing element is made with the possibility of bearing furniture details with an inactive or basically inactive retaining device preventing movement of the bearing element during its reverse moving into the guide element. The actuating device is made with the possibility of the retaining device driving by a user which in its turn is made with the possibility of adjustment of the retaining device. Adjustment of the retaining action is provided in the device.

EFFECT: provision of adjustment of the retaining action during placing of furniture at an angle.
