FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of gas-cycle polymerisation of olefins in reactor with aerated layer. There is suggested a continuous method of olefins polymerisation in the reactors with the aerated layer, including continuous transmitting of gaseous flow, containing one or several a-olefin monomers through the aerated layer at presence of a polymerisation catalyst under the condition of reacting, then withdrawal of a polymer product and not-reacted fluid substances (liquids/gases) from the reactor, cooling of part of the said not-reacted fluid substances to below a dew-point temperature, obtaining two- phases mixture of gas and condensed liquid, then repeated introduction of the said two-phases mixture into the reactor, wherein the said method is distinguished with the repeated introduction of the said two-phases mixture under a distributing plate of the reactor so, that part of condensed liquid is separated from gas and continuously supplied above the aerated layer via an exterior pipe, connecting a bottom of the reactor with a point, located above the upper border of the aerated layer of polymer particles.
EFFECT: facilitating of efficient cooling of the reactor with the aerated layer and avoidance of application of means for direct injection into the aerated layer.
