FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the fountains used in municipal services as decorative installations. Winter fountain contains two tight domes, with a clearance established from each other with cavity formation between them, thus the external dome is transparent. Water delivery and air collectors are placed in the specified cavity. The ring air feeding collector is executed from several circles sequentially connected among them. Mounting attachments of a water collector are inclined in a direction of an internal dome. Mounting attachments of air collectors are directed on an internal surface of the external dome. The fountain is also supplied by receiving tank for catchment of water, executed in the form of the ring collector opened from above with its internal wall connected to the internal dome. The water collector is connected to receiving tank for catchment of water through the pump and thermostat. The air collector is connected to an air-inlet pipe, established in the middle of a fountain, through sequentially connected a regulator of air outlet, the thermostat, air drying agent, the compressor and the filter. The upper back of a pipe is placed in a cavity between domes. The exit of the water pump through shutting-off device is connected by the additional pipeline to an input to a regulator of expenditure of air. The inclined chippers are attached to an internal surface of a transparent dome on all length of a circle below the lower air collector, ensuring having merged waters from a surface of a transparent dome in receiving capacity for water. Therefore two tight domes, the outside one is transparent, allows to use the fountain during winter time. These domes are arranged with a gap, forming a cavity between them, where a collector with water-feeding nozzles and an air collector are located. Those collectors ensure water and air feeding of +1 to +4°C.
