FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices producing air-drop foam, primarily, to fountain nozzles used in municipal facilities. The proposed sleeves are fitted with a gap between them. The central member is arranged axially symmetric and opposite the water inlet branch pipe outlet to move vertically relative to water feed branch pipe. Note that it is coupled with a threaded rod arranged inside the cup communicating with the sleeves. The sleeves top end faces are located above the cup open end face. Water is forced into the water feed branch pipe to quickly flow through the gaps between sleeves, thus, sucking air from atmosphere through the channels. Water, on coming out from the sleeves, gets mixed with air to form an air-drop structure, i.e. a foam, the jet of which flows out of the casing. Note here that water drops, falling downward, get into and through the channels and, further on, onto the fountain water surface not affecting the nozzle operation.
EFFECT: higher reliability of air-water nozzle.
