FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of wastes and can be used for processing of ground used tires for production of rubber-bearing liquid composition intended for further application. Plant reactor accommodates cylindrical container for stock with cylindrical slots opposite which arranged are vertical tubes with organic solvent feed nozzles directed inside said reactor. Heat exchanger tubes to hear said organic solvent are arranged along reactor periphery between said tubes with nozzles. Screw engaged with rotary drive is arranged at reactor center. Heated organic solvent is forced as jets via container slots onto processed rubber to wash it out. Note here that said screw separated material bottom layer to lift them upward for circulation of rubber and solvent inside the reactor to improve stock destruction and mixing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing.
