FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for execution of processes of items molding with casting from metal alloys, and is also related to connection couplings of pipelines with melt, which provide conjugation with small leaks of dividing pipelines with melt in molding machine, namely for intermediate conjugation of pipelines with melt in gating system of injection molding machine. Method of gating system formation for application in molding machine, in which intermediate part is installed between neighbouring elements of gating system. In gating system sealing is formed from at least partially hardened leaks of molding material. For that purpose intermediate part is cooled. Coupling of pipeline with melt of molding machine contains connection device, at least one surface of which is connected to the first pipeline with melt, and cooling device. At that at least one surface is also connected to the second pipeline with melt. Cooling device is intended for cooling of connection device for obtainment of sealing at the account of at least partial hardening of molding material leaks in the gap between at least one surface and the first and the second pipelines with melt. Gating system for hot molding contains plate with at least one pipeline that carries melt, connection device, which provides connection of the first melt-carrying pipeline with the second melt-carrying pipeline, and cooling device that provides cooling of connection device. Device for conjugation of the first and second pipelines of molding machine, which carry melted metal, contains connection device with the surface, which is a part of bushing connection that functions together with additional part of bushing connection, which is installed at the end of every first pipeline and at the end of every second pipeline. Ends of the first and the second pipelines are installed in preset position. At that melt metal flows from the first pipeline into the second one. Cooling device is installed in relation to connection device so that it provides at least partial hardening of melt metal that flows between parts of bushing connection and at least partial sealing against leaks of melt metal. Cooling device cools connection device to the temperature that provides at least partial hardening of any melt that arrives in the gap, therefore further sealing of joint (joints) is provided.

EFFECT: efficient and reliable facility for reduction of leaks between separate pipelines with melt in molding machine by installation of gap sealing means between inlet and outlet manifolds.
