FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: method for railway grid assembling using stable concrete sleepers includes installation of embedding and fastening elements, sleepers packing on assembly stand and securing of rails on sleepers. Sleepers are packed on assembly stand which has rolling cylinders for rails moving and guides for mounting antishift shelves end-to-end to each other so that end plane of side bushings would tightly adjoin not having lugs side of other sleeper. Further sleepers are pressed by push bar then rails are mounted. At that, uniformity of packing is provided by length of side bushings located on one side at sleeper ends.
EFFECT: reduction of labor consumption and increase of railway grids assembling efficiency.
