FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of long-welded railway with concrete sleepers. The method of assembling a high-quality rail-and-sleeper section consists in that the concrete sleepers, sleeper contact bars, base plates, tie plates and rails are arranged on the assembly rig according to orthographic epure. Then, the blind and terminal bolts are fitted into the aforesaid section being assembled and tightened by motor screwdriver. After laying the concrete sleepers on the assembly rig, all track-forming sizes of the concrete sleepers and metal base plates are measured by accepted metal tape-lines, rulers and patterns.
EFFECT: high-quality railway section with a maximum possible track accuracy and minimum departure of the track parameters from tolerances, provision of designed interaction between the track and rolling stock with minimum overloads and overstrains at rails and wheels.
