FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: assembly comprises heat-insulated cabinet, dough pieces transporting conveyor inside the cabinet and infrared sets which are fixed over and parallel to the conveyor plane surface with the possibility of reverse rotation and adjusting in relation to the conveyor axis. Each set is fitted with height adjusting unit and rotation angle control unit.
EFFECT: invention allows improving quality of end products and reducing energy and materials consumption.
