FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed for thermal treatment of food material and serves for desinsection, sterilisation, physical-chemical, structural-mechanical modification of food raw materials, and for improvement of technological properties and culinary benefits of semi-products and end products. Device for thermal treatment of food material contains thermally insulated chamber, conveyor band placed in it for transportation of processed material, heating blocks placed over the band. Blocks include infrared oscillators with reflecting mirror. The reflecting mirror is made in shape of plate panel. Infrared oscillators are placed at an angle 15-45° to conveyor band axial axis. Each following infrared oscillator in diametral plane cover the previous for the length equal to infrared oscillator easing length.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify device construction, increase productivity.
