FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: red, orange, yellow, green and dark blue colour signals are presented through indefinite periods in right and left visual semifields. Sensor and motor mobile response components speed is detected; motor programs generation time (MPGT) is calculated for each cerebral hemisphere and each colour separately by formula: MPGT = ((Tsensor-motor- Kon - Kmnj) + (Tmotor-2* Kmnj))/2, where: MPGT is motor programs generation time, Tsensor-motor is sensor-motor response component speed; Tmotor is motor response component speed, Kon is signal passage time through afferent ophthalmic nerve; Kmnj is signal passage time through efferent nerves and myoneural junction. Then functional state of central nervous system emotiogenic structures (CNSEGS) separately for each colour by formula: CNSEGS = MPGTcolour*100/ MPGTwav, where: MPGTcolour is motor programs generation time for red, orange, yellow, green and dark blue colour signals, MPGTwav. - weight-average motor programs generation time for signals of all tested colours. If CNSEGS values for red, orange and yellow tested colours are higher relative to lowered CNSEGS values for green and dark blue colours, stimulating processes in subcortical emotiogenic cerebral structures generating positive emotions are considered to prevail. And if CNSEGS values for green and dark blue colours are high and CNSEGS values for red and orange colour are relatively low, stimulating processes in subcortical emotiogenic cerebral structures generating negative emotions are considered to prevail.
EFFECT: method extends range of evaluation means for human emotiogenic cerebral systems functional state.
