FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, concerns correction of psychoemotional statuses and prevention of developing autoaggressive responses in humans (including autolesions and suicides). Emotive centres are stimulated with flicker-colour stimuli of various frequency presented in groups in right and left visual semifields of both eyes. The flicker-colour stimuli are presented at two stages. At the first stage, green and dark blue wave stimuli changing within 5 to 20 s in the frequency range 4 to 8 Hz are presented for 5-8 minutes. At the second stage, wave stimulus cycles of the length 5 to 20 s of all spectral colours - red, orange, yellow, green and dark blue changing in the frequency range 4 to 45 Hz are presented for 8-10 minutes. The flicker-colour stimulation scheduled as specified above is conducted daily in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening if observing the deterioration of general psychoemotional status.

EFFECT: eliminated emotional disorders in the form of anxiety, mood instability, aggression, as well as reduced CNS depression.
