FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: functional state of cerebral structures is defined by interhemispheric functional asymmetry expression, involving right and left hand reaction time measurement. Frequency and time of pressing a button and time of finger shifting to other buttons are defined, Tfmpr movement program formation time is calculated for each cerebral hemisphere by an own formula. Tfmpr indicator difference for left and right cerebral hemisphere indicates interhemispheric functional asymmetry expression. E.g. test duration is set for 50 or 100 seconds, and temporal movement parameter frequency is registered during definite time intervals, e.g. every 10 or 20 seconds.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of functional state definition for interhemispheric functional cerebral asymmetry, assessment of movement program formation rate in central nervous system; registration of laws of dynamic cerebral structure functioning under influence of psychoemotional preset for maximum number of motional reactions within definite time interval.
