FIELD: medicine; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: base of hallux proximal phalanx is excised to make bone fragment height of which is 1/4-1/3 of phalanx length. Within phalanxe bonesaw-line cylindrical aperture is formed of height equal to that of bone fragment and of diameter equal to that of medullary cavity. Made bone fragment is used to form autologous bone graft in the form of the cylinder one base of which is part of fragment articulating surface with the most retained articular cartilage. Diameter of cylinder exceeds that of aperture in bonesaw-line. Made autologous bone graft is coaxially intramedullary driven into formed aperture with external arrangement of cylinder base with retained cartilage. Formation of proximal phalanx bonesaw-line aperture, formation of autologous bone graft is provided with figure and rings, and diameter of the latter is more than that of bonesaw-line aperture by 10-11%.

EFFECT: method provides durability and stability of bone connection.
